  • Lead Project Coordinator
    • At least six years experience as a Lead Project Coordinating environment
    • Thorough understanding of quality related activities of a project coordinator
    • Should be hands on with quality tools like seven basic tools of quality etc.
    • Ability to dig deep, perform RCAs and come up with corrective and preventive actions
    • Willingness to work in night shift
    • Share weekly/monthly quality reports with concerned stakeholders
    • Flag off quality related concerns  and share daily/weekly/monthly quality reports with concerned stakeholders
    • Should have experience in auditing the Project Coordinators work and identifying the knowledge gaps
    • Work in conjunction with Vendors, Project Coordinators and Project Managers be updated of all the changes.
    • Should have experience in presenting quality trends in weekly/monthly business reviews
    • Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize task effectively
    • Flag off concerning trends with regards to Time, Scope and Quality to the concerned stakeholders
    • Excellent English language communication skills
    • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
    • Ability to handle large volumes of emails and other queries in a timely and professional manner
    • Attention to detail
    • Ability to prioritize
    • Ability to recognize what and when to escalate
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
    • Good understanding of Project Management terminology
    • Must have worked in multiple vendors environment
    • Hands on with Project Management & reporting tools
    • Prior project coordination experience
  •  Additional Qualifications (preferred)
    • Quality Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma
    • Localization experience
    • Project Management Certifications Like CAPM, Prince2 and PMP
