- Content Project Coordinator JD
- At least three years of experience in Project Coordination
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize task effectively
- Excellent project coordination skills including adherence to timelines, scope and quality
- Flexible to work in shifts including Night Shifts
- Act as a liaison between the Client’s vendors and the Client’s Project Managers.
- Flag off concerning trends with regards to Time, Scope and Quality to the concerned stakeholders
- Excellent English language communication skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Ability to handle large volumes of emails and other queries in a timely and professional manner
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize
- Ability to recognize what and when to escalate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Good understanding of Project Management terminology
- Must have worked in multiple vendors environment
- Hands on with any Project Management & reporting tools
- Prior project coridination experience
- Additional Qualifications (preferred)
- Localization experience
- Project Management Certifications Like CAPM, Prince2 and PMP
